At Studio McIlwrick, many of our products are made to order and 3D printed especially for you. Because of this, please allow a little extra time for your order to be prepared before it is shipped.

Processing times

We aim to have orders ready for dispatch as soon as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the product, quantity ordered and whether your item is personalised or made to order. If there is likely to be a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Postage & delivery

Orders are sent using a suitable postal or courier service. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Studio McIlwrick cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Local pickup

Where local pickup is available, you will be contacted when your order is ready to collect. Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for collection.

Delays

While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be affected by postal delays, busy periods, weather or circumstances outside our control.
